WHO IS LYNX

Dustin Swinney is the creator and founder of the LYNX Fit + Well Company with the intent of helping individuals work toward and reach their goals. I’ve been passionate about helping others since I picked up my first weight at the age of 15 and began training some of my friends out of my garage.

I am a certified personal trainer and golf performance specialist with over 13 years of experience helping individuals reach their goals. I’ve helped professional golfers obtain their PGA Tour Card all while also helping a mother of two run her first race. If you have a goal and are truly dedicated to reaching it…I am here to help.
